Store Team Leader: Flexible Hours & Growth

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to drive the daily running of the store and to lead the team on shift. You will motivate staff, deliver great service and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor and tills.

You will work a mix of opening, closing and mid-day shifts, with occasional evenings and weekends. Full training and career development resources are provided, along with flexible access to pay, pension contributions, and generous holiday entitlement.
