Store Team Leader: Flexible Hours & Community Impact

The Co-operative Group is hiring a Customer Team Leader at a Hermitage (Thatcham) store to lead a small team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver essential services to the community.

You will oversee shifts, coach colleagues, support tills and stock, drive membership and brand values, and work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and store opening/closing duties as discussed at interview. This role is part-time with varied hours and regular overtime.
