Store Team Leader: Drive Sales & Customer Excellence

JYSK UK is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to optimize store routines, motivate the team and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You will lead campaigns, maintain a high-energy environment, and coach colleagues in customer-first selling while modeling strong leadership and sales skills. This is a stepping stone toward Store Manager roles within the network.
