Store Team Leader - Part-Time, Flexible Shifts

Co-op Digital in Ashford is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team in a busy Co-op store. You will lead shifts, coach staff, handle tills, and support daily operations to ensure excellent customer service.
