Store Team Leader - Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Co-op in Romford, Essex is looking for a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team and run a busy store with a focus on delivering excellent service and community engagement.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, support merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, and foster strong relationships with customers and local charities as part of Co-op's member-focused approach.
