Co-op Digital in Penshaw is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run the store day to day with a small team, delivering essential services to the community and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.

You'll lead by example, coach colleagues, manage tills and stock, support merchandising and membership growth, and help engage with customers and the community. Flexible hours include early/late shifts and some weekends, with training and career development provided.
