Store Team Leader - Lead a Team & Serve Your Community

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Great Wakering to run a small team on a part-time basis. You will supervise shifts, support tills and store operations, and ensure excellent service while maintaining stock, merchandising and duties across the store.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, and engage with customers and the community. This role includes weekend work, flexible shifts, and progression opportunities within the Co-op family.
