Store Team Leader - Lead a Busy Team & Serve Community

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Woking to oversee a small store team on a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts. You'll help stock shelves, welcome customers, support post office or bakery services, and ensure smooth daily operations with friendly, hands-on leadership.

In this role you'll motivate and coach colleagues, manage until operations, and champion Co-op membership and community engagement.
