Store Team Leader - Lead a Busy Community Co-op

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Bransgore to run a busy store with a small team. You'll supervise shifts, coach colleagues, and ensure great service on the shop floor and tills, while supporting stock, merchandising and community initiatives.

This permanent part-time role offers varied shifts, early mornings, weekends and regular overtime with a focus on helping customers and delivering Co-op membership benefits.
