Store Team Leader - Inspire Teams, Elevate Service

Southern Co-op is seeking a Team Leader to drive the store forward, inspiring the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help with shift coverage, training, and daily operations across multiple services, including Post Office and Home Delivery.

This full-time role is 36 hours over 4 days, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. You may need to obtain a personal licence to sell alcohol, with full training provided.
