Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store in Willand. You'll lead a small team on shift, keep shelves stocked and deliver great service to our community, with some weekend work and early mornings.

You'll coach colleagues, handle tills, support stock and merchandising, and champion Co-op membership while building community links in this part-time role. Previous retail experience and a passion for people help you succeed; flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
