Store Team Leader - Customer Service & Ops

Co-op Digital in Newtongrange is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store, lead a small team on shift, and deliver essential services to the community. You'll be on the shop floor, supporting customers, and helping to keep shelves stocked while guiding your team to provide excellent service.

You'll also engage in merchandising, stock control, and community initiatives, with weekend and varied hours.
