Store Team Leader - Customer Experience

The Co operative Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small team in a busy Co op store. You will help deliver essential services to the community, possibly working in the post office or bakery and supporting online services and home delivery drivers.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, coaching colleagues to provide great service, while handling merchandising, stock, and daily operations. This role emphasizes customer care and community engagement.
