Store Team Leader - Customer Care & Operations

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dedicated team on the shop floor, coaching colleagues and role modelling how great care and strong commercial performance go together.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day running, plan rotas, supervise stock, and ensure safety, compliance and a welcoming environment for customers and patients.
