Store Team Leader - 30% Discount, Flexible Pay

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team in Barton-on-Sea, delivering essential services to the community and supporting post office/bakery operations as needed. You will lead shifts, coach staff, handle tills and merchandising, and drive membership growth and community engagement.

The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) with overtime, and requires flexibility including weekends.
