Store Team Lead: Customer Service & Sales Growth

Cards Direct Chester is recruiting for a part-time Store role in Chester. Hours are 0-16 per week, with flexible up to 30 hours at peak periods. Weekend work is required.

You will lead a store team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help manage merchandising, safety, and store operations to maximise sales and meet targets. The role involves deputising when managers are away, training staff, and ensuring paperwork and health & safety policies are followed.
