Store Team Lead: Customer-First Leader & Keyholder

Henderson Group's SPAR Titanic store in Belfast is seeking a Team Leader to help lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager, taking responsibility for the store in their absence and acting as a keyholder when needed.

You will train and manage the workload, support the team, and ensure resources are in the right place at the right time to meet business priorities.
