Store Team Lead & Customer Experience Coach

Machine Mart are the UK's leading specialist retailer of workshop power tools and equipment for the public and trade customers. You will share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store with the Store Manager and lead a small team.

Working up to 45 hours per week, you will motivate your team to deliver great customer service and hit challenging sales targets, while building rapport with customers and offering honest advice.
