Store Team Lead - Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader to oversee day to day store operations in Willand, with 16 hours per week plus overtime. The role involves leading a shift, coaching the team, and performing tills and merchandising tasks to drive excellent service.

You will engage with customers and the community, promote Co-op membership, and help deliver busy, efficient store performance with flexible availability, including weekend shifts.
