Store Team Lead - New Opening & Customer Experience

Rituals Cosmetics Enterprise B.V. in Stockport is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our brand new store opening in October. You will be second-in-command, motivating your team and delivering a meaningful shopping experience for every customer while ensuring excellent service, teamwork, and smooth operations.

You will act as a role model, support the Store Manager, assist with recruitment, coaching, and day-to-day activities to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
