Store Team Lead - Flexible Shifts (16h/wk)

Superdrug Stores in Loughborough is seeking a Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will motivate staff, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service across shifts with flexible hours. This role offers 16 hours per week, with potential to take on extra hours when available.

You will support management with daily operations, maintain stock and store standards, and contribute to shrinkage control. Prior experience in supervision in high street retail is preferred.
