Store Team Lead - Fashion Sales & Customer Experience

Dr. Martens in Spitalfields is seeking a Team Leader / Senior Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience, oversee daily store operations, and step in for the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager when required. You will motivate the team to hit sales targets, provide coaching to junior colleagues, handle till transactions, and uphold health and safety standards.
