Store Supervisor

Store Supervisor (perm, full-time)

Location: Cotswolds store, Tewkesbury, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Support management to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate sales associates, delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring the store is always customer ready.
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring all retail operation standards and visual merchandising guidelines are met.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Track store KPIs and work to achieve them.
• Open and close the store, taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably with fashion or lifestyle background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a supportive, fun environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
