Store Supervisor - Customer Service & Team Leadership

Jersey Evening Post Store is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a busy team, inspire colleagues and deliver excellent customer service. You will work to maximise sales while upholding the Aims and Values of the Society and contributing to the successful delivery of the Store business plan.

Responsibilities include moving and replenishing stock, processing transactions at the checkout, maintaining a safe, clean and compliant workspace, and supporting a strong team ethos.
