Store Supervisor - 22 hours - Sweaty Betty

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service oriented team member who enjoys working while having fun. The successful candidate will support the store management team, act as a go to person in the absence of the Store Manager, and serve as a role model for the team. They will bring calm under pressure, a deep knowledge of product and standards, and be relied upon for administrative and operational duties as well as general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, and drive the store's success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to the store's KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer facing role; supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
