Store Shift Lead - Inspire Teams & Great Service

Tesco is recruiting for a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You will lead the team during peak service times, coordinate daily operations and resolve issues on the floor.

Applicants should have prior team-leading experience in a busy retail setting, and be a strong communicator who motivates other staff to provide excellent customer service. 18+ and flexible shifts required.
