Store Replenishment Lead - Stock & Availability

B&M Retail Limited in Carmarthen is seeking a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow, lead a team, and ensure shelves are consistently well stocked for customers.

This hands-on leadership role covers deliveries through to the shop floor, with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends across a permanent, full-time schedule. You'll drive stock availability, organise your team, and maintain tidy, shopper-friendly aisles.
