Store Performance Leader: People, Ops & Compliance

Company Shop Group in Corby is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store-wide performance, drive commercial results, and ensure operational excellence. You will oversee Shift Leads and Colleagues, translating strategy into action and stepping in when the Store Manager is absent.

You will manage rotas, payroll, recruitment, training and compliance with food safety and health & safety rules, while championing member experience and continuous improvement across the store.
