Store Operations Manager & People Leader

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead a small management team and ensure the store runs smoothly every day. You'll take day-to-day responsibility, often acting as the sole manager with accountability for the full shop, and work with colleagues to serve customers efficiently and safely.

In this leadership role you'll coach staff, manage performance and disciplinaries, arrange scheduling and payroll, and support other nearby stores as needed.
