Store Operations Manager - Drive Availability & Growth

Asda Stores Ltd in Rushden is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver excellent execution across the store, embedding routines that improve availability, waste and shrink. You will review store processes to drive key metrics and KRAs for availability and efficiency, while leading and coaching the management team to standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising areas.

You will lead with empathy, coach through questions, and empower colleagues to own challenges.
