Store Operations Leader: Grow People & Profit

ASDA General Store Manager in the United Kingdom is responsible for leading the planning strategy and execution of our store's day-by-day operations across key departments-including Non-Food, Online and Customer-to maximise availability, minimise waste and shrink, and keep the Superstore compliant, safe and efficient.

You'll work with the Operations Manager and department managers to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity and readiness for customers.
