Store Operations Leader & People Coach

Sainsbury's Group is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to help run our store efficiently on a day-to-day basis. You will work with a small management team to ensure service standards, stock availability, and store performance are consistently delivered while coaching colleagues to excel.

You will lead operations in the absence of senior managers, manage performance and attendance, and play a key role in achieving store KPIs and customer satisfaction.
