Store Operations Leader - Customer Experience & Trading

Sainsbury's is seeking a confident Customer & Trading Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding service. You will be accountable for running the shop, safeguarding standards, and driving performance against KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with other managers to ensure product availability, smooth processes and a positive customer experience across our stores, with opportunities to support neighbouring locations as needed.
