Store Operations Leader - 27h/wk Customer & Trading

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Menston is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our convenience store. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver outstanding service to customers.

The role is 27 hours per week across three 9-hour shifts, with a mix of early and late starts. You will be responsible for day-to-day running, scheduling, and performance management, with opportunities to support nearby stores.
