Store Operations Lead - Designer Collectibles

POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help launch and operate our new Sheffield store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high operational standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach the sales team, manage stock, visuals, and cash procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety. Weekend/evening availability is required.
