Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in Edinburgh and drive excellent customer service. You will work with a small management team, ensuring smooth daily running, safety, and high service standards for customers.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance, and take ownership of KPI delivery. The role may involve supporting nearby stores as part of our network.
