Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Sainsbury's Store in Salisbury is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for a small supermarket. You'll work with a small team of managers to keep the store running like clockwork every day, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and acting as the on-site manager when needed.

You'll lead performance and scheduling, coach colleagues to deliver brilliant customer service, and support nearby stores when required.
