Shell Cornish Gateway is a handy petrol station located near A30 Victoria Junction in Roche. There is a Shell Select store, a Costa Express store, and a number of Quick food alternatives. Our number one goal is to make sure that every customer feels welcome and important with a "Treated like a Guest" experience.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and run the business and the people who work there. The person who gets the job will be in charge of running the business, managing the workforce, answering client questions, and making sure that all KPIs are reached. The best candidate will be able to pay close attention to detail, work full time, be polite and professional, and be able to work quickly in a busy setting.

Store Manager is the job title.

Reports To: Manager of the Cluster

Hours: Full-time

Requirements for Entry:

It would be good to have at least two years of experience managing a store.

Must have a Bachelor's degree

At least Level B1 in English (UK)

All necessary training will be given

A valid UK driver's license

What the Job Entails:

Hiring, training, overseeing, and evaluating employees

Keeping track of everyday income and banking

Taking care of the budget

Keeping the store safe

Take care of consumer complaints

Working with cluster sites when needed

Be ready for emergencies 24 hours a day
