Mattressman, one of the UK's leading mattress and bed specialists, is expanding! As we open our brand-new store at Staples Corner, Brent Cross, we're looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead our team and deliver a first-class retail experience.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's success, motivating your team to exceed expectations and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll be responsible for:

Driving sales and leading your team to meet and exceed KPIs

Mentoring and developing Sales Consultants to perform at their best

Creating a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere

Managing daily operations including stock, display, Health & Safety and compliance

Acting as the main contact for customer queries and issue resolution

Proven experience managing in a fast-paced retail environment

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

Demonstrated commercial awareness and a record of achieving sales success
