Job Description
Clarks Poole is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our UK stores, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving results through the store team. Based at The Dolphin Centre, Poole, Dorset, United Kingdom, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and delivering KPIs.
You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, manage store standards, stock and safety, and continually seek improvements to customer experience while delivering profitability and targets.
