Job Description
Crown Paints in Wellingborough is recruiting a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. You'll drive sales, manage stock, and coach a small team to deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis.
This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm) and a salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus a bonus and benefits. You'll shape store performance by focusing on KPIs and margins while providing a great customer experience.
