Store Manager: Lead People, Profit & Service

Costa Coffee in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Store Manager for our Tesco store, offering up to £35,000 per annum in a permanent role. You'll own the store, drive service excellence, and lead a team while strengthening Costa's presence in the local community.

You'll train and develop staff, manage sales and profit, and uphold Costa values across the team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
