Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Grow a Creative Retail Team

The Works Stores Ltd is recruiting a Retail Store Manager in Huddersfield for a 40-hour week to lead store operations, grow the team, and enhance customer experience. You'll drive commercial performance, maintain stock and presentation, and ensure a welcoming, well-run environment where customers discover products they love.

You'll coach staff, manage rosters and payroll, and use data to push store results while upholding health & safety standards and brand values.
