Store Manager Lead a High-Energy Team in Eastbourne

ProCook is seeking a Store Manager for our Eastbourne store to lead and develop a high performing team on the shop floor. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, ensure smooth day to day operations, and deliver strong commercial results while upholding store standards.

You will be responsible for coaching staff, analysing sales data, and delivering weekly plans to meet productivity targets. This full time role requires 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.
