Store Manager: Lead a High-Energy Bubble Tea Team

Bubble CiTea is seeking a Store Manager in the UK to lead a busy location with a focus on sales and customer service. You will plan staff rotas, oversee stock, promote the brand and loyalty app, and ensure product quality.

You are a strong, proactive leader who will develop the team, drive KPIs, manage cash handling and banking, and maintain health and safety standards. You'll open/close the store and support training and progression.
