Job Description
Clarks Bournemouth is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will oversee daily operations (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, cash handling), recruit and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to grow revenue. Flexibility to work a 7-day shift including weekends and bank holidays, plus strong communication and leadership skills, are essential.
