ResponsibilitiesAs a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day to day operations of the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and commercial performance. You will motivate and develop a high performing team, manage staffing levels and rosters, oversee stock control and inventory management, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, you will analyse sales performance, identify opportunities to drive revenue, and create an engaging shopping environment that reflects the company's values and brand standards.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have previous retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environments. You will possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving abilities are essential, along with a customer focused approach and a proven track record of delivering sales growth and operational excellence. Flexibility, commercial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast paced retail environment are also key requirements.
