Eleventy World is looking for a Shop Manager for Woman corner boutique in El Corte Inglés Castellana (Madrid), a passionate salesperson with experience in team management and a strong local network.

Your role

Your mission is to be an exceptionally positive force in the development of the clients portfolio and the

turnaround of the Women's boutique at El Corte Inglés Castellana (Madrid), running the daily operations of the store.

You will report to an Area Manager and Head of Retail.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Management of the Sales Team and of the store Operations on a daily basis.

- Guarantee a smooth activity in store and a positive turnaround

- Be an exceptionally positive force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of

the POS.

- Implement the commercial animation of the store and drive the development of the brand's awareness in

the Region.

- Train, mentor and motivate the Sales Team.

- Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.

- Make sure that marketing and reporting duties are executed correctly and timely.

Your profile:

- You master the art of being of good service to discerning clients and you have a confirmed experience of

managing a small team of people in the luxury retail sector.

- You are an exceptional clients advisor with a strong sense for leadership, allowing you to support and

motivate your Team with the right mix of determination and goodwill.

- You have a deep understanding of the luxury market in Madrid and you have developed a substantial

portfolio of loyal clients in the Area.

- You are a flexible team player, direct and communicative, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a driving

force of the store's daily operations.

- You are an ambassador of the brand, sharing the company's values and looking forward to contributing to

the successful development of the brand on the Spanish market.

- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
