Open to Job Share, Full Time or Part Time - Permanent 36.75 hours per week

Location: Cardiff (within 50 miles) Salary: Up to £68,100 + Bonus + Pension + Private Medical Insurance + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

About the role

You will work across a cluster of stores for 3-6 months to gain comprehensive management training, then be placed in your own department or store within 50 miles of your home.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple store formats as part of the training programme.
• Comply with all safety, legal and operational standards.
• Manage daily store operations: lead staff meetings, deliver updates, ensure store performance.
• Support team members in design, customer projects, and stock management.
• Travel within the cluster as required during the designate period.
