Store Manager Designate - North Dublin: Lead & Grow 30+ Team

Woodie's is seeking a Store Manager Designate for North Dublin to lead and develop our store team, deliver outstanding in-store service, and drive growth in line with the central strategy.

You will build a local store business plan, mentor managers, manage P&L, and ensure the achievement of targets while maintaining a high-engagement culture.

Permanent, full-time role with a 39-hour week, requiring leadership of 30+ colleagues and a track record of retail management in fast-paced environments.
